17 months old!
It’s hard to believe our little boy is already 17 months old.
He has made a LOT of progress in this 17th month. He now walks everywhere, and is about to start running:
He’s not really talking yet, but vocalizes more and more each week. He has found his “outside voice” and loves to use it in restaurants. His sense of humor continues to develop as well; we ask, “George, tell us a joke!” and he replies, “HA HA HA HA HA!”
He is as cute as ever, and has the cutest smile we’ve ever seen:
His dexterity has grown by leaps and bounds. He works his toys very hard, and keeps discovering new ways to combine them. He is well on his way to becoming a mechanical engineer. He has already figured out how to open the baby gate to the kitchen, but he’s not heavy enough to push down the lever—it won’t be long until he is able to fix himself a grilled cheese sandwich.

I LOVE THE CURLS! He is beyond ADORABLE! WOW!!!! No doubt he is perfecting his mechanical engineering abilities in preparation for MIT. (His Mommy told me so.) Mark and Allison you have every right to be so proud. He is a wonderful and amazing little guy.

No no no. You can be proud when he makes the grilled cheese sandwich for you!
He looks like fun and I see so much of Allison in his face, especially around the eyes. If fate plays out, my friend’s sister and brother-in-law will be moving to the area and they have a little boy around his age. Maybe they could form the next XTC out of Austin, if they have musical talent and our good taste.

lol! Steve your funny! I see that the grilled cheese is very important in your life. I love XTC as well and I think George should absolutely form a band….After he get his degree! And I agree….George is a little carbon copy of Allison!
