Backup Drive

When you put off something important for years, it nags you. Then when you finally take care of it, you feel better.

That was exactly the case today, when I spent $220 on a 400 GB external hard drive. Now I can easily back up all of my computers. For a hard-core Macintosh guy like me, that’s a big deal. Now all of my work, music, financial records, and (most importantly) George Elliott photos are duplicated for safekeeping.

I really do feel good.

The details: I got a Seagate combo USB 2 and FireWire 400 3.5-inch external drive. For backup software, I use SuperDuper.
